Members are agree with following terms and conditions :
  1. Premium ID is re-selling Voucher or premium account which intended to be used to other website (merchants) as file sharing service.
    Premium ID only distribute the voucher or access code and does not responsible for the quality of service, features changes, and other promotional offering from merchants.

  2. All prices are represent in PP (Pay Point) where 1 PP equal to IDR 1. Users may topup through our cash-in outlets in respective countries.

  3. All payments and transactions are stored at our database. Users are able to access only their own data from Payment History and Transaction History

  4. Users are requested to disclose/share their account to anyone. We are not responsible for hacking activity when they do so

  5. Users is allowed to re-distribute the voucher or premium account to other as a gift. We do not allow users to re-selling it through other website as it may violate our agreement with merchants
  6. Pay Point (PP) which has been deposited is non-refundable as it may violate anti-money laundering rules.

  7. The Voucher or premium account purchased is non-refundable. Please make sure you are purchasing the right product. We are implementing two times of confirmation before confirming your transaction.

  8. For security measure, we are monitoring your purchase activity. We have right to hold your account when we find it has been used for hacking activities.
    We may block your username, your email address, or your IP address depend on how serious is the thread.


  9. We are eligible to send newsletter by email related to our service. We respect your privacy. We do not expose your personal information to anyone.
    Unsubscribe can be done by emailing cs(at)premium-id.com with the subject "Unsubscribe".
    We will remove your email from the list, and lock your account. We leave your account un-deleted due to audit and accounting purpose. So your history transactions and payments are going to be kept
    If you want to re-active again after your last unsubscribe, you may email us with the subject "Re-activate". We will then open the lock flag so you may re-active. You have to email from the registered email to make sure that you are the owner of the account.
